We've partnered with a local clinical affiliate, allowing you to complete your bachelor's degree and earn your certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) in only four years!
Our nuclear medicine technology major is a 3+1 program. You’ll graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in nuclear medicine technology, having received a well-rounded Christian education grounded in the liberal arts, while at the same time having received intensive classroom and clinical training at a highly respected affiliate hospital leading to certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT).
We've partnered with a local medical center
Our affiliate medical center is Froedtert Hospital, located directly across the street from our campus. Froedtert is regularly recognized as one of the nation’s highest quality academic medical centers. In fact, since 2008, all of their nuclear medicine interns have passed the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) Exam, exceeding the national pass rate!
Nuclear Medicine/PET is a division of the Department of Radiology of Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin. It is staffed by the program director, education director, associate physicians, a doctoral physicist, and certified Nuclear Medicine/PET technologists. It is equipped with state-of-the-science imaging and counting equipment. The program is accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Educational Programs in Nuclear Medicine Technology (JRCNMT).
