Director of Athletics
Wisconsin Lutheran College (WLC) is seeking a dynamic, faith-driven Director of Athletics to lead our NCAA Division III Warriors Athletics program, which offers 19 sports for men and women. The Director of Athletics will oversee all aspects of the Athletics Department, including strategic planning, compliance, staff management, student recruitment and retention, and program development. The successful candidate will integrate the college’s mission of spiritual growth, Christian leadership, and academic excellence into every facet of the athletic program, fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and service.
Qualifications for this position include the following:
Membership in good standing with the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS) or a church body in fellowship with WELS.
A bachelor’s degree in a related field (master’s degree preferred) from a regionally accredited institution.
Proven leadership experience in collegiate athletics, with a strong understanding of NCAA Division III regulations.
Demonstrated commitment to Christian faith and the integration of faith into professional practice.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A track record of successful team building, budget management, and program development.

Fine Arts Technical Manager
Wisconsin Lutheran College (WLC) is seeking candidates for a Fine Arts TechnicalManager (Tech Manager). This is a part-time, hourly position with a negotiable pay rate based on experience. The position reports to the General Manager, Fine Arts Programming and Operations, and works with Theatre faculty and outside performance directors. The Tech Manager will serve as the lead technical director for all Schwan Concert Hall Guest Artist and rental events.

Adjunct Professors for M.S. in Professional Counseling Program
Wisconsin Lutheran College (WLC) is seeking adjunct professors for its M.S. in Professional Counseling program for the 2025-2026 academic year. These positions are hired for a two-year contract to teach six credits per academic year. Courses and rotation are to be determined based on program needs and applicant skills and experience. The expected start date is August 25, 2025.
Compensation: per credit hour taught based on experience Application Deadline: March 1, 2025, or until filled (two positions anticipated for the academic year) Qualifications: Doctoral degree in counseling in psychology-related field with applicable professional experience. Clinical Coordinator/Professor - Professional Counseling Program
Wisconsin Lutheran College (WLC) is seeking candidates for a Clinical Coordinator for its M.S. in Professional Counseling program beginning July 1, 2025. This is a full-time, exempt position that will serve as a professor in the professional counseling master’s program, the clinical coordinator within the program, and as a liaison between the site supervisors and students.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree is preferred. A minimum of ten years of broad-based experience in leadership positions within development operations and/or a related field (e.g., sales, financial services) is preferred. Experience in successful fundraising campaigns for ministry or nonprofit causes is strongly preferred.
