The LEAD (Leadership Enhancing Accelerated Degree) program at Wisconsin Lutheran College was created to help you accomplish your goal of completing your degree in as few as 20 months. WLC's LEAD program is designed for working adults with busy lives. Our adult learners attend class one night per week, completing a course every four-six weeks to finish their degree as quickly as possible.
WLC's business management and leadership major delivers a unique blend of courses in management and organizational leadership. The program is designed to develop strong leaders of moral character who are skilled communicators and compassionate collaborators. LEAD fosters a spirit of servant leadership modeled after Jesus Christ who "did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." (Mark 10:45)
